Hey guys. Im just really stumped lately because of my new OC Rei. He is AWESOME, and I finally got someone to draw him but IDK what I want his power to be. Im starting to instead of a dragon slayer, he can be something like Issei (from high school DxD) where he somewhat uses dragon power, but instead its like mechanical, i guess? Hey guys! I was wondering if someone could help me with these programs. I see people making their OC's using SAI, and Photoscape. But idk how to use those. And i dont have one of those electronic sketch pads. So i was wondering if someone could like teach me how to use those programs. It would be really awesome. Thanks.
